2bTanned accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out with our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at time of checkout, missing address information can cause delays or mis-delivery.

If no-one is available at the address provided at time of delivery, DPD will look at your delivery preferences for alternative arrangements enabled on your account such as leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or Pick Up Shop. These settings can be adjusted once tracking details have been provided or removed.

As these services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees' request and 2bTanned are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen.

If you have changed your mind about keeping your order, please contact us with your name and order number via email at info@2btanned.co.uk. We can accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order. 2bTanned does not offer a free returns service and the shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.
